The iVEC MEST (Metadata Entry and Search Tool) is an index of Western Australian marine data and projects. It is based on the IMOS/eMII and BlueNet MEST which is a version of the GeoNetwork product. Details in the metadata will give you information you require to locate the data either through direct links or contacting a custodian.

The majority of metadata currently relates the North-West of WA but this will be progressively expanded and will include Western Australian Marine Science Institution (WAMSI) metadata.
